Welcome to Gilgit-Baltistan – The Beautiful Pakistan
Gilgit-Baltistan is divided into two main regions from a tourist's point of view:
Gilgit and Skardu.
On the Karakoram Highway, after Raikot Bridge and before Jaglot, you can turn towards Astore from Astore Chowk.
From Gilgit JSR Chowk, the road goes down to Alam Bridge, which leads to Skardu.
Straight ahead, about half an hour’s drive, you reach Gilgit city.
