oil prices, saying that "the government has decided to pass on the benefits of the oil price cut
to consumers". the international market,” reported the state news service APP. The prime minister told attendees at the meeting that the government will pass on the full benefit to
consumers who are "facing difficulties due to rising oil prices". He said the government will transparently cut oil prices in tandem with the reduction in the
international market, which the prime minister's office statement called a "gift to the people on the occasion of Eidul Azha. He said the current government will continue to help people affected by inflation caused "due to the previous government's policies". Summary of the
departments responsible for reducing the price of gasoline, adding that the
decision will be announced in a few days. The government last announced a hike in the price of petrol by 14.85 rupees per liter on June 30, the fourth increase of rupees in the past 35 days, bringing the total of all hikes since May 26 to almost 100 rupees.
